Whether you’ve been moving your body consistently or haven’t in years, this class will help you deepen your understanding and connection to your body and will challenge you in new ways.
You only need a little space to move. A wall, yoga block and weights are helpful.
If you want a full body workout that takes your asymmetries into account, I can help you find the right movements and progressions for your body that will help you feel stronger from the inside-out.
We work hard while focusing on improving joint and bone health, strength and mobility, posture, core and pelvic floor and balance. It’s such a wonderful group that work hard alongside you, cheering you on.
