I am very passionate about helping people feel stronger and more confident in their bodies no matter their age of ability level.

I specialize in movement and exercises to help you gain strength and prevent hip, knee, foot, or pelvic floor issues.

Being strong is empowering. The benefits of strength training are absolutely critical. Not only does strength training increase bone density and help prevent osteoporosis it also promotes an increase in muscle mass and boosts your metabolism.

Strength training is absolutely critical for sustainable fat loss. Not to mention, strength training improves your self-esteem, self-worth, and boosts your confidence level in a way that nothing else can.

1-on-1 In Person and Online Training

I am dedicated to helping you achieve your long term goals and providing more than just a great workout.

I develop customized training plans meeting your needs and focusing on achieving optimal performance through constant elevation. There is no one size fits all exercise strategy.

Workshops

Participate in interactive sessions crafted for your distinct goals. It’s about getting better improving your performance and getting stronger.

Virtual Group Strength Training

I conduct drop-in strength classes Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m. Eastern Time. All levels welcome.

If you want a full body workout that takes your asymmetries into account, I can help find the right movements and progressions for your body.

App Option

If you’re happy to show up and get it done with videos and training plans for guidance, the DIY app will be great for you.

This option includes two live virtual classes per week.
